Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and motivated SEO Executive to join our team on a freelance contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, and content optimization. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about helping women entrepreneurs succeed and is looking for a flexible, remote position. There is potential for this role to transition into a full-time position based on performance and mutual agreement.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct keyword research to identify relevant and high-traffic keywords for our target audience.
- Optimize website content, including blogs, landing pages, and product descriptions, to improve search engine rankings.
- Develop and implement effective link-building strategies.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all aspects of our digital presence.
- Provide regular reports on SEO performance and recommend actionable insights for improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an SEO Executive or similar role.
- Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
- In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ubersuggest, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc).
- Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with the target audience (women entrepreneurs and aspiring founders) is a plus.
